Whether you are navigating life's challenges or seeking deeper self understanding, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to a more positive well being.

I offer integrative counselling sessions to individuals over the age of 11, as well as couples. This takes place within my warm and welcoming counselling room in Torbay, Devon. Although I also offer both telephone and online sessions via zoom, for anyone who prefers to be in the comfort of their own home.
